You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours for any reason.

In order to expedite this process, please include your order number and payment method.

You will be reimbursed no later than 14 days from the time your cancellation is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges are not accepted unless otherwise stated in a direct email confirmation from the owner.

We reserve the right to refuse any return of merchandise at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue any refunds outside of the 24-hour cancellation period.

Customs & Commissions:

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Custom art pieces are not returnable and nonrefundable for any reason. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please email me, and I will do my best to solve it for you.
